Knowing how busy many of my readers and clients are, and knowing all too well how difficult it is to try to prepare healthy meals for ourselves and our families - I decided to create a plan that I could share with all of you that would help you take the guesswork out of meal planning for an entire week while feeling good about your diet.

All of the recipes are vegan (contain no animal products), which aligns with Food for Living's mission.  It's about making a conscious choice about what you eat and how those choices affect more than just yourself.  Even if you don't eat a vegan diet, incorporating more vegan options into your diet will be of tremendous benefit.
